We do everything we can to make the experience as comfortable as possible, including offering numbing creams and taking breaks as needed.

However, the rate of fading can vary depending on a number of factors, including the quality of the ink, the skill of the artist, and the location of the tattoo on the body. Proper aftercare can also help to preserve the color and detail of your tattoo.

The time it takes to complete a tattoo depends on a number of factors, including the size and complexity of the design, the placement on your body, and your pain tolerance. Smaller tattoos can take as little as an hour to complete, while larger tattoos may take several sessions to complete. We will be able to give you a more accurate estimate of the time it will take during your consultation, based on your specific tattoo.

Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for at least two weeks before your tattoo appointment, as these can make the skin more sensitive and increase the risk of complications. Also avoid wearing tight or restrictive clothing on the area to be tattooed, as this can make the tattooing process more difficult.

Here are some things you can do to prepare for your tattoo:

• Arrive at your tattoo appointment well-hydrated.

• Get plenty of rest the night before, and arrive well rested and not tired.

• Wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows easy access to the area you're getting tattooed.

• Eat a light meal and stay hydrated before your appointment to ensure that you have enough energy and are comfortable during the tattoo process.

• You may want to bring a snack or drink to have during your tattoo session, as some sessions can take several hours.

• Avoid consuming alcohol or smoking weed the night before your tattoo and in the morning of the day as these can increase your sensitivity to pain.

• If you have any medical conditions or are taking any medications that might affect your tattoo, be sure to let us know before your appointment.

That's okay! Many of our clients come to us with a general idea or theme in mind, and we can help you develop a specific design that reflects your personal style and vision. During your consultation, you'll have the opportunity to discuss your ideas and preferences with us and see rough sketches or digital mock-ups of your tattoo design.

Some medications, such as blood thinners or acne medications, can affect the healing process of a tattoo. If you're on medication, it's important to discuss this with us during your consultation. Similarly, if you have allergies or sensitivities to certain materials (such as latex or certain inks), it's important to let us know so that we can take precautions to ensure your safety.

If you have any skin condition such as eczema/psoriasis or similar, it's important to mention that to us before booking a tattoo, and mandatory to get advised by your certified dermatologist.

A person with these conditions most times can get tattooed when they control the condition, the best bet is to stick to places where you don't usually get flare-ups. 

It's generally possible to tattoo over scars or stretch marks, but the results can vary. The appearance of the tattoo may be affected by the texture and color of the scar tissue. It's important to discuss your scarring with us during your consultation to determine if tattooing is a good option for you.
